This Privacy Policy explains how TidalWave Axis LLC (“TidalWaveAxis,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our websites, dashboards and services.
Account information: name, email, phone and business details you provide when creating
an account, requesting a site or purchasing a plan or module.
Business data: information you and your team enter while using your modules (for example
customers, sales, appointments or inventory records). This data belongs to you.
End-customer data: when a business uses customer-facing modules, its customers’ data
is stored strictly scoped to that business — we never merge or share it across businesses.
Technical data: session cookies needed for login, and basic logs (IP address, timestamps)
kept for security and troubleshooting.
We use information solely to provide and improve the Services: operating your site and dashboard, processing subscriptions, providing support, securing accounts (including blocking abusive login attempts) and communicating service notices. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). We never see or store your full card details — we keep only the subscription references needed to manage your billing.
We use essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a security token that protects forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Active account data is retained while your subscription is active and protected by daily backups. If you cancel, you may export your data; it is then retained for 90 days and permanently deleted, except for records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes. You may also request deletion or a copy of your data at any time by contacting us.
Passwords are stored using modern one-way hashing. Access to data is segregated per business, login endpoints are protected against brute-force attempts, and our databases are backed up daily with copies kept off-server.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
